3 Strand Dutch Stacked Braid

3 Stand Dutch Stack braid it is! Many of you might already know the french braid, but this braid is an advance version of dutch braid. If your master french braid you can pretty master any kind of french braiding.

I did this style when I went for Holidays. I would say that this is not the style if you running late! It’s little bit time consuming and very intricate to do on yourself.

You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle,hair elastics, hairspray {if desired}.

Time Taken: 20-25 mins

Skill Level: Hard

Hair Length: Medium to Long Hair

Steps of Instructions:

  1. Pick up a section of hair from forehead and divide the strand into 3 equal parts. Now begin to braid regular 3 Strand braid.
  2. After completing 1st stitch of braid,take out tiny strand of hair from left side and clip it aside, now add hair from left side and cross it under middle strand.
  3. Then take out tiny strand of hair from right side and clip it aside and add hair from right side and cross it under middle strand.
  4. Continue step 2-3 and finish the hair with simple braid.
  5. Now take those tiny strand of hair which were clipped aside and continue to do 3 Strand braid.
  6. Then keep braiding by adding the strands gradually until you run of hair, these braid would be an addition on dutch braid.
  7. Pin the tiny braid over the main braid to give the stacked look.
