Waterfall with tuck in sides

Waterfall braid is not new but it’s a new combination on our site! It is created by taking 5-6 waterfall pieces together and tuck at the back of head. I love trying out new techniques with old styles and think this is a cute braid for wearing out and about any day of the week. Once you get the hang of the waterfall part, you will have this style mastered in no time! You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, hair elastics, bobby pins, hairspray {if desired}. Time Taken: 5-7 mins Skill Level: Medium Hair Length: Any hair length Steps of Instructions: Begin with side parting the hair, grab a section of hair beside parting and divide it into 3 equal parts. Take left strand over the middle strand, then right strand over the middle strand and clip aside the left strand(which was stitched The First). Now add new hair to left strand and cross it over the middle strand, then add new hair from the right side (not added with dropped strand bcoz it’s already kept aside) and cross it over the middle strand. Left dropped strand is again clipped aside. Repeat the steps 2-3 until you reach 5-6 stitched and secure it with bobby […]

Again cross the back strand by adding new hair as usual over the middle strand. Then drop the hair from back section, reach to bottom section & split the hair into half, cross it over the middle section. Continue doing the above step till you have 3 dropped strand. Wrapped French Loop Half up

Well! Loop is the main feature about this hairstyle. This hairstyle looks best with a French Base which is little time consuming. I have decided wear this hairstyle in Puja of my cousin’s wedding function.  I didn’t had enough time to do the french loop style so I found a way out to braid it the same way but with the half up style. You can do this hairstyle with either dry or wet hair, depending upon the how “neat” you want. I did this with dry hair. But I would recommend you to do it with wet hair if you are doing it for the first time. I have listed “hard” in skill level because it is really difficult to keep the track of the strands. Once you have patterned down it won’t take much time. You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, hair elastics, bobby pins, u-pins, hair clips, hairspray {if desired}. Time Taken: 15 mins Skill Level: Hard Hair Length: Medium to Long Hair Steps of Instructions: Begin by side parting the hair.. Now take the diagonal section of hair beside the parting , and divide it into 3 equal strands. Begin the simple french braid by completing one stitch. Outermost strand […]
