French Woven fishtail

Hello all! Today I have tried to do woven fishtail ponytail. If you just know the concept of how to do woven fishtail, then you can try out French or dutch version of it. I did the French woven fishtail ponytail which arms exercise, I must say! After braiding till the nape of head, I couldn’t braid it further more so I ended up into a ponytail. You can wear this hairstyle for work, festivals, holidays. You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, hair elastics, hairspray {if desired}. Time Taken: 15 mins Skill Level: Hard Hair Length: Medium to long hair Steps of Instructions: Begin brushing your hair away from your face & grab a section of hair from the crown area. Divide the hair into 2 strands. Take a tiny piece of hair from the left side and cross it under that strand (now you have one tiny strand of hair in between 2 large strands). Then take a tiny piece of hair from right side strand and cross it over that strand and under tiny strand, then add that tiny piece from left side strand to right side strand. French Loop Braid

Today I’ll be showing you the French Loop braid inspired by cutegirlshairstyles. She did a diagonal French loop braid but I prefer to keep it vertical. French braid is at the base of the hairstyle. The beauty of this braid is because of its loops. I must say that this braid is an arm exercise, difficult to do on self unless you are a PRO. You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, hair elastics, hairspray {if desired}. Upside down french braid with twisted bun

Hello! Today’s hairstyle is upside down french braid with twisted bun. Upside down french braid might be little difficult for the beginners reason being that you cannot see it while braiding. It’s more of blind’s job.  But if you do it with patience you can definitely do it. Upside down dutch braid is also a nice option with bun. You’ll Need: Brush, bun maker/donut, rat-tail comb, elastic, bobby pins, spray bottle, hairspray {if required} Time Taken:10-12 mins Skill Level: Hard Hair Length: Medium to long hair Steps of Instructions: Separate off the section of hair from ear to ear at the back. Suspended infinity braid is much confused with the zipper braid. Although they both looks similar but the technique to do it is different. This braid is really a difficult one, but after several tries you can surely achieve it. You just have to be patient. Bubble with French Braid

This hairstyle is very different than the regular ones. It’s the ponytail with French braid at back of the head. You’ll Need: Brush, elastic, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, hairspray {if required} Time Taken: 7-8 mins Skill Level: Medium Hair Length: Medium to Long hair Steps of Instructions: Start off with grabbing the section of hair from eyebrow to eyebrow & secure with an elastic. Tug the hair from the front to give a puff. Now tease the ponytail hair to give the volume, smoothen it out giving a bubble look. Now pick a tiny strand of hair above the ear from both sides, also pick a strand from center of the ponytail. This is an extension of the French fishtail half up I did.  So this hairstyle is complete package for the whole day look. Layered Lace Side Do

Hello! The layered lace side do looks little confusing to you! But believe me once you’ll know how to do it, it’s more cool then! I have just done a lace braid, starting from temple area diagonally down till the nape of neck. You can make as many layers as you want, I did 3 layers. This hairstyle is best to carry on any special occasions like sangeet, reception, photo shoots. You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, bobby pins, hair elastic, hairspray {if desired}. Time Taken: 10-12 mins Skill Level: Medium Hair Length: Medium to long hair Steps of Instructions: Begin with side parting your hair, grab the section of hair from the temple and begin with lace braid. Keep braiding diagonally till you other side of head. Continue to braid regular 3 strand braid till the end of hair. Again start with another lace braid, starting just underneath the previous one. Create as many layers as you want by repeating the above steps. Now pancake the edges of each layer to make it look voluminous. Take the braid together and pin it to keep everything in place. Loop braids are my favorite off late. The loop are created by taking the strands from one side each time. This braid is rarely seen and done. I have hardly seen people doing this on social networking site as well. So it is must try style if you want your look different and exclusive. You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, hair elastic, bobby pins,hairspray {if desired}.
