Mohawk French Half up saves a lot of time guys. This hairstyle would looks good for the girls having round and chubby face; it will give the impression of long or oblong face. Triple Lace Braid Ponytail

Triple Lace Braid is one of the most like hairstyle of mine. You can wear this style as half up or with ponytail or can be combined with any other styles as well. I preferred to wear it with ponytail. Curled hair ponytail would also look gorgeous on this. As you’ll know that lace braid is the style in which the hair is added from only one side of the stitch. This hairstyle can be done by the beginners as well. It’s just the lace braids one after another. Also I do not recommend this style for work, bcz it might take your lot of time if you are a beginner. But you can wear on holidays, gathering, events, parties. You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, hair elastics, hairspray {if desired}. Time Taken: 13-15 mins Skill Level: easy Hair Length: Any hair length Steps of Instructions: Begin with deep side parting the hair, divide the hair into 2 sections of 2 inches each horizontally, but the outermost section must be slightly larger than the inner one. Grab a slightly diagonal section of hair about an inch and a half  in size from the outermost section. Begin with regular 3 strand braid with that […]

Triple French Double Waterfall Braided Bun

Well! Waterfall braid hairstyle looks so intricate and tricky, yet beautiful. I must say that it’s an advance version of braiding.  The tricky part for this hairstyle is picking the right strand of waterfall pieces while taking the stitch. Here I started braiding from center by grabing the hair from eyebrows to eyebrows. This one is similar to the criss cross waterfall braid I did. http://tanvivayla.com/portfolio/criss-cross-waterfall-braid-2 Then take the hair from temple on both sides and incorporate the waterfall pieces. After you are done, grab all the hair into a high bun. Also check out the double waterfall braid I did a while ago.  http://tanvivayla.com/portfolio/double-waterfall You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, hair elastics, bobby pins, hairspray {if desired}. French Bow Halfup

Of all the hairstyle I did, this one is the biggest hit on my Instagram. This hairstyle is inspired by cutegirlshairstyles. This hairstyle is not that difficult to do once you know the tricks to make the bow. You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, hair elastics, hair pins, wax, hairspray {if desired}. Time Taken: 10 mins Skill Level: Medium Hair Length: Any hair length Steps of Instructions: Begin by side parting the hair, separate the heavier section down to the each ear. Secure the rest of hair with an elastic to stay out of place. Now, create a small section about a ¼ inch wide that runs parallel to the original part. On heavier section, start a regular French braid near the parting. When you reach the ear, stop picking the hair and end with a simple braid, secure the braid with an elastic. Repeat the same on another side of parting. Now to create the bow, begin by pushing the hairpin through the first stitch of the braid. Take a small section of hair from ¼ inch section and make it wet or you can apply hair wax. Make a loop with the hair and push it through the hairpin. Now, hold the […]

Wrapped French Loop Half up

Well! Loop is the main feature about this hairstyle. This hairstyle looks best with a French Base which is little time consuming. I have decided wear this hairstyle in Puja of my cousin’s wedding function.  I didn’t had enough time to do the french loop style so I found a way out to braid it the same way but with the half up style. You can do this hairstyle with either dry or wet hair, depending upon the how “neat” you want. I did this with dry hair. But I would recommend you to do it with wet hair if you are doing it for the first time. I have listed “hard” in skill level because it is really difficult to keep the track of the strands. Once you have patterned down it won’t take much time. You’ll Need: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, hair elastics, bobby pins, u-pins, hair clips, hairspray {if desired}. Time Taken: 15 mins Skill Level: Hard Hair Length: Medium to Long Hair Steps of Instructions: Begin by side parting the hair.. Now take the diagonal section of hair beside the parting , and divide it into 3 equal strands. Begin the simple french braid by completing one stitch. Outermost strand […]
